Shipping Policy
Carrier Options: We ship via UPS. To do so requires a street address rather than a post office box. You must pay all applicable freight charges unless otherwise stated in an offer or promotion.
All orders shipped by UPS Ground are currently shipped within 3-5 business days. All expedited orders (i.e., UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day, or UPS Next Day Air) must be placed by 8:00 AM EST to ship the same day. NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
It may take as long as 24 hours to process your order. During busy times and depending on where you live, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive an order within the United States via standard shipping.
Return Policy
If you need to return a purchased item the following policies apply:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
- Before returning any item contact ECS Ministries at ecsorders@ecsministries.org or call 888-338-7809.
- If the items are in new / undamaged condition you will receive a full refund less a $1.00 restocking fee per item (minimum $3.00).
- If the return is because of a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) you will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- Damaged / used items cannot be returned for credit.
Privacy Policy
This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“Personal Information”), which may include your e-mail address, domain name or other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online purchases or donations, credit card number and expiration date. In addition, our web server may automatically recognize and store your e-mail address or your domain name when you log onto our site or the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and we may aggregate information about what pages on our site you visit or access. Personal Information is used by ECS Ministries to assist in serving you more effectively. Personal Information may also be used by ECS Ministries to contact you for various purposes, including fundraising.
If you submit a donation online and there is an error as to the amount of the transaction, please contact ecsorders@ecsministries.org or 888-338-7809.
At any time, you may obtain a summary of the Personal Information on record with ECS Ministries which has been collected about you via this website. In addition, at any time you may request to correct the Personal Information, request that such information be removed from ECS Ministries’ database, or request that ECS Ministries no longer contact you either by e-mail, telephone, regular mail or by any other means.
